Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
 Identify and develop the clientele base through business development activities;
 Drive negotiations and independently win contracts with potential customers and/or existing clienteles.
Work independently or with team members to implement complex searches projects including International
searches.
Develop good business relationship with candidates and clients;
Follow up on Documentation & Billings/ Payments
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma Holders;
Preferably some experience in recruiting or marketing;
Strong interest to learn new things;
Possess strong client interfacing skills to manage at all levels
Fluency in English and Chinese.
